I got a Yasha haze goby with a pistol shrimp and a Helfrichi firefish. The Yasha is busy burrowing but I was able to snap a shot of the Helfrichi.
Got a couple of new fish today.

Nice coloring. I have not heard of a Yasha before. I may look into them.

Great looking Hell. Where did you end up getting him from? I have had the yasha haze goby before. very cool little fish. I had a pistol shrimp with him too for a while, but he was way too noisy, so I had to get him out. Those little "pops" in the middle of the night got old really fast.

I got them from someone on the NJ forum. Yeah, luckily the tank is way out of earshot when it's time to sleep.

Hey Jay I was just looking around and came up on your thread. I am so glad to hear that everyone is doing well, hopefully you'll be able to get a pic of the yasha and pistol soon.

Hey, what's up? The Yasha and pistol finally dug a tunnel from the back of the rock to the front and are hanging out in the front now. Whenever I try to get the camera up to the front of the tank, they take off. Oh well, they eat like champs so that's all I care about.

Yeah it will take some time but if you approach the tank slow you will be able to get one. Its the pistol that was always the hard one for us, even after months of being in the tank.
