Got a Wave going on in my tank

Roger, I hooked up my new 7095, Marine Depot had 55 in stock, DANG. I was playing with the settings and I tried interval 1 with a 6 second pulse and 1 second interval. In this setting, I get a nice 1/4' rocking wave in my tank that is very similar to what I have seen in the wavebox.

It is cool to watch and really does a good job of suspending the detrius. My concer is for the pumps. With a 1 second interval, the pumps are turning on and off every second with varying intesities. Is this too hard on the pumps? The impellors, pumps and drivers are cool to touch.

I don't think they would have added the feature if it wasn't. On the other hand my personal opinion is it does increase the risk. I wouldn't do it myself.

I am concern, but what would could be damaged? My concern was for the drivers, but they are cool to the touch. The pumps are cool also.

Frequent on off leads to more clacium build up, which can lock up the rotor, which can fry the driver.

Gotcha. I may switch it to interval 2 with 1.5 seconds pulse and 6 seconds of interval. That produces a nice wave/linear combo.

The only gripe (and this is nothing really) is that the moonlight be a blue LED instead of white.
