So i picked up 50lbs of rock to put in my 85gal aquarium along with my 35lbs of base rock. Got it all setup and running and the rock I got had 6 little purple mushroom polyps and a patch of GSP about 2"x 4" that Im hoping will do well and make it through the cycle. The GSP actually looks better in my tank than it did in the tank I got it from. Today it had pretty much all come out and looks really good but we will see if it makes it. I hear they are hardy so....anyways there is also a little bubbletip anemone that I saw last night and cant find today. I know its not aiptasia. There are also a few of something else that I cant Identify so maybe someone here could help and tell me if they will survive. Saw lots of bugs once the lights went out last night and a single bristle worm but Im hoping there might be a couple more in there. Anyways here are the pics of the current setup.

This is the biggest of the six Purple Mushroom Polyps

The first three pics are with my camera adjusted to take phots in better quality. The last 2 are with the normal setting and look really yellow but this is not the case. Took me a while to figure out how take pictures of the tank with all the lighting but I w=think Ive got it figured out the best my camera will do and Now Ive figured out how to post photos on here as well so....Yipee!

The pic you asked for ID help looks to me like Majano anemones. I have never had them, so I am going from what others have posted, but I have heard that they are a scourge on par (or worse than) aptasia. Kalk them, burn them, scrub and rinse them. Whatever, but you don't want them.

someone else can chime in to verify.

The majano anemones in the first picture on your second post are concidered a pest! There is a chemical called aptasia-X that will also kill majano quickly. I would recommend killing all of them & then wait a couple weeks and do it again before you start adding much else to your tank!!

By the way your setup looks great!

Thanks steamboat for the compliment. I rearranged rock three times tring to get it how I wanted. I picked the anemone off the rocks and flushed them. hopefully I got them all. I picked out five total. One of them I caught at night crawling on my gsp. Thanks for the id guys I'll post pics of my setup now. Minor changes but drastic differences
