Its not a "he" its a "she" and her name is Helen. I believe its a Polish Bridgeport variety.

Very tough to say what species it is. It could be a juv. Commerson's or something else. It looks very similar to an undescribed Frog shown in Michael's Reff Fishes boof. If it is a Commerson's you have quite a big Frog on your hands and as an adult will consume very large prey items.

I really hope it's not a commerson's.
The guy at the fish store said it should be one of the smaller species. How big did the undescribed frog get?

I guess if he's a commersons' it just means He'll have to have my 90 all too himself and I'll make it a reef.

I don't think it's a Commerson's. The person in the LFS is very unlikely to have a clue as to what species it is unless they know something about frogfish. The wholesalers don't usually id species, and when they do, they are often wrong. Can you get a close up of the rod and lure?

I'm gonna try feeding him today so I'll get a shot for you.
Also the guy actually did seem pretty good with anglers, he knew enough about there care requirements, and was pretty fluent with latin names.

Actually I think it might be a juvenile shaggy/hairy anglers.
I notice little "hairs" growing from his sides you can kinda see them in one pic.
Also that was the best shot of the rod and lure I could get, he wouldn't take the food on the stick, it may have been to big (it was the size of him) or he might not have been hungry.
I'm gonna get some live shrimp later, think it will be okay to keep them in my seahorse tank so I can take them as needed?

Zubi's site is pretty good for frogfish id:

scroll down for some tips on ID.

I am not great at identification, but it looks like Antennarius coccineus to me. To confirm, get a good look at the rod and lure, as well as noting whether it has 12 dorsal fin rays and 10 pectoral fin rays. If it is this species, it gets about 5 inches. It's supposed to be one of the most common species that makes it to LFS. The other frogfish in this group (there are four listed in the "A. mummifer" group) are all in this size range.

I had one that looked very similar, kept it for several years. It was either A coccineus or A mummifer, I was never sure which.

It does look like A. coccineus. I have one that looks similar. Another key to look for is the shape of the esca (end of the fishing rod). A. coccineus have a small, white tuft. Looks like a mini cotton ball. And, the caudal peduncle is very short when compared to other species.

Alright I'll check it out tomorrow! Thanks guys!
Also on a side note, I tried feeding him just now, he went right to the food, I only gave him 1 silverside, that should be good right? One of them or a piece of prawn twice a week?

Scarlet frogfish is the common name for Antennarius coccineus. Diver's Den is better than most at ID, and in this case they are probably right, or close. I'm not great at ID, but I stick by my tentative ID of A. coccineus. There is a nice section on this species in the frogfish chapter of Reef Fishes volume 1. Try fishbase for some info, as well.
