got bubble problems

i need your guys thoughts. i'm buliding a 20 long sps and i have major micro bubbles being sent to the tank. tried everything that i can think of. here's what i got.

20 gallon long drilled with 2 1" overflows.
20 gallon oceanic sump with 4 baffles.
little giant 4 returning 1,000 gph through squid.
2 Hydor Koralia 1 powerheads and a wavemaker.
water is returning through 4 outlets.

if i limit my suction side my bubbles get worse, i'm thinking it's on the suction side. i was using a mag24 and thought the pump was coming from that. so i went to a little giant and bubbles are still there. no leaks of course. skimmers is a aqua c remora hanging on the sump and is dumping into the second chamber with a 3 bubble traps after. turnoff the water supply tot he skimmer and bubbles are still there. if you guys and girls can think of anything let me know. thanks. will post pics if i learn how too

Have you just let it run for a few days to see if tis just air trapped in the line? I have had bubble issues with SCWD'd before for a few days then they would just clear up as long as the pump ran for a few days solid, once the pump shut of and the line drained it would make bublles for a few more days. Also tighten any plumbing and or apply plumbing paste to the outside of all couplers to see if you have a tiny hole sucking air.

no i havn't let it run for no more than 2 hours at a time. i was trying not to inguest to much bubbles. and are you telling me that everything you turn off the pump it would blows more bubbles into the tank? i wanted to turn the main pump off for a few hours a day to create tidal conditions. if thats the case i need to find another way of wavemaking. thanks for the input. will let it run for a while and see what happens
