Got LEDs. Zoas not all opening?

I have a 14 gallon biocube. Had stock lights for a while. Just put a 150w kessil on last Friday. Have some standard green zoas, prob about 30 heads. They uses to open all the way with stock lights, now only a couple Open fully and some don't open at all? Wondering if they're just acclimating or something wrong? I have another frag of pink zoas that are great and two frags of palys doing fine?
Thanks

Probably acclimating. LED lighting is VERY intense, even if it doesn't seem like it to your eyes.

Turn your lighting down to where stuff starts opening back up, and slowly bring the levels of it up over a couple of months.

I hope you acclimated your corals slowly to these new lighting as LED is pretty strong. I would dial down the LED, then ever week or so slowly ramp it up.

think of it as being in a slightly lit room all the time then all the sudden the room is lit up by Stadium style lighting.... I bet your eyes would be in a shock.

Raise your light up some or turn them down some if you have the controller.

+1 put the zoas in your sand bed if you can move them or raise the light. They also will get a little mad at you if they were coming from a tank with different lights like CF, T5 or MH.

150 kessil can not dial down so either raise light or put a shade over the tank

If you want to dial down or use the controller take the Light back.

It is being replaced with the A160 very soon.

You can use the Kessil Controller, Adjust the Intensity, and Change the Colors.

Thanks for all the replies, it seems there was something wrong when I got them. They were just deteriorating. I purchased a gsp frag from the same store and same time as the zoa frag, both died really. Ahh well everything else is popping under the LEDs!
