Well as many of your TBS LR ppl know, you get a bunch of nice whelks with TBS rocks.
Many people said that their mantis don't like to touch them, but my peacock munches them up.
However there were a couple whelks that were simply too big for the mantis to take down 2"+
So i helped him out a bit, I gave the whelk a nice tap with a hammer, cracked the shell a bit, and then fed them to my peacock with some forceps.
The peacock still had to strike at the whelk a bit, but at least he eats them now.
