Well it arrived on monday and there has been two frantic nights of the house in a mess and late nights but I am finally gettig there.
I am in the process of fitting the pc actinic lighting and the auto top off. The kalkwasser will go in the end of the custom built sump in a separate section (the empty one far left). I designed the sump myself and am pretty happy with it. The light is a 400 watt mh fitting.
I transferred some old rock with the new and my shrimps and snails and zoos only lost 1 snail so far. Shrimps are very happy and actually eating the die off on the new live rock bonus.

thanks its a 60 gallon 2 foot cube.

I plan
a mag and some t percs

or a crispa and percs or skunks

or multiple bta,s and a pair of tricinctus.

Any suggestions welcome

tank, stand and sump were all cutom built here in bangkok.
I will pot a pic tonight when the lights are on and I have fitted the durso.
I will have to get a different bulb as the one I have is 25000K and a bit blue also I dont know how goo the quality of the bulb is.

some updates
I have ironed out alot of little probs over the last couple of days and all is now well.
the pics are of the tank with the halide mounted.

all the zoos I transferred are doing really well.

I have been thinking alot about anemones and although i designed this to be for a magnifica. The current is strong (but not alternating flow may be a problem)

It is however pretty random as I have the nanostream crossing the return flow.
I am now thinking that a shorter tentacled anemone will be better.
I have time and dont plan in putting anything in for a month (The rock is cured and the water from an old system) or so
A real dilemma for me I am considering a gigantea now or a crispa

Arghhh help.

I am a big fan of Crispas. I had one that was a joy to own for over 9 months and a power outage ended that relationship! Make sure you have a back up power source for if you are away.

Here is the tank at 4 months, sorry TP the tang is only 1 inch long.
The rose bta is beginning to scare me with its size.

What I meant is that I cant add any more pics some sort of problem,
I dont have the pics and am currently waiting for a new anemone after getting rid of the btas, hopefully I will pick ip a blue or green gigantea.

here the tank is today a few changes, trade ins and now I am pretty happy
I plan to get some more sps but currently have 2 (healthy) A. chrysopterus five pieces of monti a peice of acro a blue haddoni, a bimac anthias female, a yasha hashi and two randalls shrimp, a mandarin, a scarlet hawk a trimma striata and an apogon semiornatus. I have three blue knuckle hermits, a mottled linkia, lots of snails mixed and three sexy shrimp, the cyno has gone and all is settling.
All the fish were qtd to some extent and are eating very well the photos are a ft shot, one of the bimac and the female chrysopterus, they are the only ones I know of in thailand so pretty stoked.
