27 is only 82. I'm happy with that and my wife is happy with the ac

oh and i don't listen well jeff I went and got a zoo patch from ppm.
Also my sand bed is bubbling like a can of soda! I'm happy now PH was up to 8.5ish today so i buffed out a little to 8.3

did you do freshwater tanks before Don? you are all over that PH.. lol dont think Ive ever tested for PH, didnt think it was that big of a deal.

nah, just checked today because i did a 20% water change sunday, also dosed a little calcium after test showed it was low. was worried about low alk.

also read that settling sand beds can flux ph... read it somewhere.
