got new starfish

Sorry to be judgemental... but buying it on eBay when you have no idea what it is.... because your wife thinks it looks "cool"... *sigh*

People have destroyed their tanks for lesser reasons...

I had an idea of what the star fish I was supposed to get, but what I got was diffrent then I was told I was going to get

as far as the snails I have had them for a month or so and no deaths that I have found I.E. empty shells all seem to be eating good and I do keep my tank around 75 degrees so that might have something to do with it?

The temperate snails seem to do okay for up to about a year, a fairly long time by reefkeeping standards, but compared to their lifespan in the wild this is a relatively short life.
