Hi Rodger,

I ordred 1 6080.230 from tunze website and I recieved 1 at my billing address and 1 at my shipping address. I don't see any charges yet for it on the credit card. What to do?

Yes, I realized David sent it to your billing address and that that would be inconvenient for you as obviously you wanted it to go to the shipping address so we sent another the next day. The card processing is done in Germany and basically the email comes to me, I notify Tunze that the item shipped and they notify the processor and the funds that were on hold are then withdrawn, it sometimes takes a while, I know they are very, very behind. Card processing in the EU is very complicated as they have taken extraordinary security measures to prevent fraud and only a few licensed processors can handle card info, we cannot run the cards our selves or modify the charge in anyway.

Yes, we lost money on this one but it seemed the fair thing to do.
