GPH for moderate flow in 29G

what type of GPH would I be shooting for in a moderate flow tank that is 29G. Does this include my water movement from my return pump from the sump. I thought a basic rule was turning over the tank around 8 times an hour. So for 29G that would be 232 gph. that seems way low to me.

For a return pump, I would go with 300-450gph. You don't really need much more than that. As for the internal flow- aim for at least a 15x turnover rate.
