Does anyone light one end of their tank differently from the other end?
That is, if you have a long tank, you could create a bright shallow reef top type environment at one end, an darker cave like environment at the other end, like where distichopora could grow well, and graduated change in brightness from one to the other?
Seems like you could get some interesting variety that way.
