Gray or French Angels????

Anyone here keep gray or french angels in softy tanks? Really want one, but don't want them to eat everything. I know they eat and sample corals, but are any exempt.

I would not try it for several reasons.

1. They need lots of sponges to stay alive and healthy. Most Carribian angels do.
2. They could potentially eat everything.
3. Sorry to say, but a 110 is tooooo small for one of these big boys when they grow up.

i would love to keep an adult french in my 600 tank that will have mostly softies but they tend to sample everything, moreso than most large angels unfortunately

this is not for my 110.... :)
I have one that I've allready had for about 2 years. seems to be doing great. He's grown from about 2inches to almost 7 or so. I just want to try it in a reef setting. I am building a new tank and was thinking of putting a bunch of leathers in it. I have access to a tank teardown that has an over abundance of leathers ....

thanks though.
