I have purchased about a dozen orders over the course of 2 years with AquaCave, and there has not once been a problem. On an out of stock reflector, I received a call from Albert asking if it was ok to switch to a more expensive alternate reflector at no charge. I have done one return with them, and it went perfectly fine.
Shipping has usually been the same day, if not, always within a couple of days. Orders have always been correct and packed very well. Email questions and followups have been the same day, usually within a couple hours. They have been great to deal with all around.
