Great customer service

I don't know if this is the right forum for this but I would love to brag about the great customer service I just recieved from a vendor. They are not RC Sponsors so I don't know if I can even mentio their name.
In a nut shell I asked them a question about a product they sell and they accually gave me the low down and steered me away for using it. I am impressed by that since by steering me away they didn't make a dime, but kept a happy reef tank.
If I get feed back from the Mods I will mention their name in a future post.

If the company is a member here and sees this they will recognize my name. Thanks

Need to have 50 posts and 90 days before you can post a vendor experience and it must be in the Vendor Experience Forum to be legitimate. It doesn't matter if they are a sponsor or not
