A negative turned positive.

I had ordered a Red Sea Regal Angel from LiveAquaria.com and was delivered what I thought was a Indo/Pacific species. As you could imagine I was pretty disapointed with that outcome. I contacted LiveAquaria via email and informed them of the mistake. They investigated promptly and admitted to the error and offered to correct the problem with an exchange of my fish for the Red Sea species, but also told me that they did not ship me a Indo/Pacific version, but that it was a "Hand Selected Soloman Islands Regal Angel" (better than an Indo/Pacific? I don't know?), but regardless the fish that came was very healthy, fat, and after acclimation was happily eating frozen mysis. That was enough for me to keep the one they sent, rather than put the fish through more shipping stress. I informed them of that and due to their error they still credited me $50.00. That to me speaks volumes to the type of company I was dealing with. Upstanding, honest and takes responsibility when mistakes are made.

Well done LiveAquaria and kudos to the outstanding customer service I recieved from Jaime.
