Well, I placed an order for some items and one test kit was backordered. I had forgotten as well to add a couple of items to my order. The next morning I called and they said it was too late to add to the order but would cut shipping in half. Now, they didn't have too, just great customer service. The rep also mentioned the backordered test kit and would I like to substitute. They gave me a recommendation and quite glad they did.
Now, both boxes arrived the same day with everyone looking great. I feel Marine Depot went above and beyond what they should have done. They didn't have to cut shipping.
A repeat customer who has had nothing but great experiences. Oh yea, I have yet to be on hold and the reps are very knowledgable and friendly.
