I try to be one of those people that doesn't just get a hold of a vendor to complain. About 2 weeks ago I emailed sales from you site with some live rock questions. Luke Plank emailed me back, and we traded emails most days up until I ordered some Bali Alor and a MP10 that my daughter picked up for me at your store Thursday. I can tell you that you have a good employee there, he took all the time I needed, for what I am sure is a small potatoes order for you. Extremely helpful, and one of the reasons (along with how awesome the rock is) that I will be doing more business with you in the future. Thanks for a class operation!
