anyone considering buying from premium aquatics but not quite convinced they are the place for you let me reasure you they are great.I placed an order with Jeremy and in two days i had my stuff.I did have a problem with some missing hardware for my light pendant but one phone call to Jeremy and the situation was resolved. He shipped out the pieces and i had those in two days as well. I will be a repeat customer and i suggest you shop here to.

Yeah I have to second this.

Jeremy was so awesome to me. About three weeks after I bought a pinpoint pH monitor from them I dropped it in the water (the handheld part not the probe, duh) and they did everything in the world to help me. A couple of days later when it was really obvious that it was dead, they sold me the handheld part for cost.

Totally awesome.
