Just wanted to drop a note as I have been critical on Ecotech in the past but today I had the day off so I was able to call in. Alex at Ecotech spent over an hour with me to try to resolve my connection issues for my 2 Gen2's. I had a persistent issue of not being able to connect both lights to update programming. Turns out something is wrong with the lights (RF module and communication with each other) so they are going to take care of it for me. Great service. Appreciate the help.
