Greedy Mushroom

I just thought I would post a picture of my mushroom here. This guy started out as a small $4 mushroom head. Instead of splitting like most mushrooms he decided to grow (and is still expanding). I get embarrassed every time a fellow reefer comes around to drop off some frags because the first thing they ask when they see my tank, "Is that a mushroom?!!"

I swear this thing tried to curl around my clownfish once xD

Here is a picture of the stalk. This was taken after 30mins of lights out.

Anyone else have a picture of a regular large shroom?

Why be emberassed? Isn't it the goal of every reefer to show people something in their tank that other reefers haven't seen before? Something that makes their tank special?

I think it's a beauty myself.

I guess I get bummed on the fact that I spent way more money on all my other corals and this one happens to be the center piece of the tank. I plan to move it into my 125G tank once its ready.
