Green algae

Guys,

Can anyone please ID the algae I have and how to get rid of it. It has exploded since I recently replaced the bulbs in my T5. Sorry about the photo. Have to clean my glass today.

It looks like Cyanobacteria to me. Does it come off the rocks with ease?
