3 months is brand new. It's part of the cycle. Just try to cut down on feeding a bit, and speed up water changes until it stabilizes. Lots of factors involved: skimmer, photoperiod, livestock levels, refugium, waterflow, and more. Turbos will help as suggested, but keep in mind that there's a tricky balance to achieve once they run out of food. Also keep in mind that the turbos are turning the film algae into waste products so water changes can't be ignored just because the sand and glass are bring cleaned up for you.
