Green and Yellow Wrasse, Are they reef safe?

Hello, I am looking to get a green and yellow wrasse, to inhibit flatworms and pyram's in my reef(not a problem now, but want these fish in place so theyre never a problem.) Will they eat mysis?

I have read theyre "reef safe-with caution"
Any comments on them?
I have a sand bed of about 3"-5"and currently have a carpenters flasher wrasse. I am thinking about getting a leopard wrasse too.

they are likely to bother shrimps, mine eat some tiny snails from time to time, but don't touch my corals. clams, starfish etc.

they also eat any food dry or frozen i feed the tank excluding nori.

I have a rather large yellow coris, and while I suspect it of knocking off a few hermits it has been a good citizen. Seems there is always a tradeoff with some of our fish.

Get them when they are small. But in time, they are going to be the tank bully when they grow in size. Very useful but a time bomb for any other wrasse in that tank. I lost a mystery wrasse to a green wrasse.

Addendum.

I bought the green and yellow at the same time, small specimen. The green grew faster than the yellow and one day it just chases the yellow around my 120g tank until the yellow jump out of the tank. When the yellow was gone, the green knew the tank was his and whenever I tried to add other wrasse, the green wrasse would harass any new wrasse until they die.

so no green or yellow wrasse for me...thanks guys, I greatly appreciate the information you have provided me, I was going to purchase one of each and will now get neither. thank you for saving me future headaches, I love my Carpenters and Leopard wrasse too much to get them bullied by a coris.

I bought a green coris wrasse, and like the above posts, it really became the king of the tank. I've learned to introduce new tank inhabitants after the lights have gone out, otherwise he picks on the "fresh meat." He relentlessly tortured a Lubbock's fairy wrasse until I added enough fish to the tank to take his attention away from the fairy wrasse. His biggest problem is with fish that peck at the rockwork, because he's affraid they're eating something he's not. If I did it over again, their would be no green coris wrasse in my tank, but on the flip side he has removed every flatworm in the tank.

I had a green coris one time...bullied my sea grass so bad she wouldn't come out to eat. I had to tear the tank down to catch him. He went back to the LFS. I have a yellow coris who is sweet and never bothers anything. I would definitely get another if anything ever happened to my "big bird".

How long have you had him and how big is he? In the beginning they are fine, but as they grow, so does their aggression.
