Looking for some input on a few questions regarding the Green Bird Wrasse (GBW)
1. Anyone ever heard of a GBW reverting back to the female status and coloration (brown/gray/black color)? In particular, if the male is not with a mated pair and is the sole bird wrasse in the tank will it keep its green dominant color.
2. How would a GBW do with a Menularus, Christmas, majestic angel, yellow and kole tang, etc. The Menularus is a terminal phase male about 4.5 inches long.
3. What's for dinner- I do have one cleaner shrimp, black shortspine urchin, two serpent sea stars, a few blue leg hermits, and some turbo, trochus, and astraea snails. Guessing these inverts could be on the lunch buffet, but not always? Has anyone had success with the GBW living with these inverts?
The 120 tank is filled wth rock work, soft corals and Zoanthus.
Thanks all!
