Green BTA way tooooooo big!

Hi guys!

I got a green BTA about 1,5 years ago. Well it has split 3 times already and is HUGE at the moment. Unfortunately it's too big, all my fish only swim on one half of my tank -> stress. I can't place any corals in the area of the BTA, or else they get stung and that hurts (believe me, my left hand knows what it feels like). I am planning on removing my green BTA some time soon. I would like to know if the red ones also get so big or not. It's a pity though, because it is extremely healthy and happy. I can't get a bigger tank, because my floor can't take any more weight. The shop around the corner has got quite a lot of the red ones, they also look pretty nice, but I just don't know how big they get (and the employees there don't really give such precise answers, but that is a different story.....). Or are there any other kinds of anemones, that my clown fish will also like and that don't get that big?

Thanks in advance!

:)

I have often heard that anemones can be difficult. You must be doing something right to have one growing like that.

I know of a lady who breeds and raises clownfish. She tells me that clownfish will host with some corals. You may want to look into that. I will try and get in touch with he to get more specific.
