Green Bubble Algae

I am starting to notice small patches popping up and unfortunately they are on pieces of rock that I just cant pull out of the tank to scrub. I have tried adding emerald crabs and unfortunately they didnt survive in my tank. Are there any other creatures that I could introduce to the tank to help take care of this developing problem?

Bamboo skewer.


1. Turn off flow.
2. Pop BA off.
3. Catch with a net.
4. Turn flow back on.

I made a 'tool' to siphon them out. a hose larger than airline with a pen tip bored out. the tip is hard plastic and allows me to scrap/cut off the BA from the rock easily.
