Which of the above is harder to keep?

i have a 33G tank with 110 Watts T5 7000K and 48 Watts T5 Actinic Lights,60 LB live rock 40LB live sand all thats in there for live stock is cleanup crew and 2 perculas. I Successfully keep bta's in my other 40G.

any tips?

both will outgrow your 33g tank the carpet will eat almost all fish in a tank that size and the ritteri/magnifica needs very high flow/light and will get too big for a tank that size also i would go with a bta or an lta or even a seabae in a tank that size.
