green dots on my dry rock...?

Does anyone know what this is and is it a problem?

Bump...really? It's not flat it looks blue green under the normal day light. The only measurement I don't have is phosphates...I hope this is unrelated, I don't have the test kit, or the GFO for the reactor.

Does it come off the rocks fairly easy? If not, it might be coralline algae.

Seems to be on there pretty good.

It could be the beginnings of coralline algae. If it can't be scraped or syphoned off it likely is coralline.
