Green Hair Algae Problem

Hey everyone! So im having a huge green hair algae problem. I had a 55 gallon a few months ago and got a new 100gallon. Ever since I transferred everything I have been having green hair algae everywhere. I have plucked it and used a toothbrush to brush it all off. Always comes back.

Lighting is a PowerCompact 322watt

Water Quality
pH 8.4
0 Nitrates
Calcium 460
Alkalinity 8

I would highly recommend running a GFO reactor. The reactors are cheap. I use rowaphas GFO and have no algae at all
Also running good circulation in the tank. Plus a good skimmer is worth it's weight in gold.
