I have a green pocillopora frag that had been doing fine for a month but today it lost all of its fuzz.

What does this mean and will it recover?

Well in order to get to the problem and help you find a resolution, we will need some information from you.

What're the parameters and has anything recently changed whether it be minimal or drastic?

Have you inspected the frag for any pests?
Seeing it's been doing fine for a month, I'd assume it's a recent frag purchase, have you dipped it prior to putting it in the tank?

Have you changed anything from flow to lighting?

Do you think it's possible a contaminate of some sort has entered the tank?
Along with the above question, have you put your hand in the tank without washing it thuroughly with warm water? ie: cleaning dishes, or doing something else that may have left harmful chemicals on your skin

Tons of questions will come with such a broad question :).

Parameters:
Am-0
Nit-0
PH-8.2
Calc-440
sg-1.025

I always dip my corals

I had a PH spike and then dip where it hit 8.6 and fell to 7.8

The fuzz is back this morning so the PH swing mustve hurt it but it bounced back

That is a pretty significant swing. I'd imagine it definitely hurt it. Glad to hear it's coming back. Make sure to monitor it and let us know how it's doing. Good thing Pocci's are quite hardy.
