Green Star Polyp not opening after "lemon juice"

I recently acquired a piece of rock with two seperate Green Star Polyp specimens on it (ie. two unique patches). Additionally, there was a single Aiptasia growing on it.

The rock was been in my tank for about a week and all is/was well. One polyp almost always stayed open...the other one closed every evening and opened every morning.

Yesterday, I injected some lemon juice into the Aiptasia (first time) and have successfuly rid the rock of it. While doing the injection most of the Green Star pulled in, as expected.

This morning only, only one of the Green Stars had emerged...the other has not (again both are on the same piece of rock). It has been approximtely 24 hrs and I have not seen th second one emerge.

I was careful to not to expose either of them to the lemon juice (the Aiptasia was on the ooposite side of rock)...and to not apply and mechanical pressure to them while handling the rock.

* Should I be concerned about the non-emerging Green Star?
* Should I take any action...or do I just need to wait it out?

Thanks for your comments...

I'd wait it out, too.
Something you might want to try in the future... Whenever I need to kill an aiptasia or majano that's near one of our soft corals, I'll gently brush the coral so that it retracts before injecting the aiptasia. While I don't have any real proof that it makes a difference, I've killed aiptasia before that were growing pretty much at the base of one of our soft corals with no ill effects to the soft coral. It was out and fully extended again shortly after treating the aiptasia.

I agree with the others, just wait it out. sometimes my green star polyps don't come out, and sometimes they are fully extended. they are weird like that. :)

I did a substrate cleaning and many particles lifted up while i was trying to syphon the dietrus out. The stars disappeared as i expected them too but they always come out first everyday and today they didnt, god i hope they come back out.. I will follow the same advice unless someone has another option...

Yeah my star polyps sometimes close up at odd hours but they come back after a while, i remember when i first got the rock they didnt come out for almost a week, and in some parts well over a week.
