I purchased one of these last night. It was beautiful at the LFS. Now it hasn't come out at all in my tank (about 15 hours ago).
Is everything alright or do I need to be checking something?

I just purchased one a few weeks ago. I brought it home around 3:00 pm and it didn't open up the first night. By the second night it was mostly opened and by the next night it was in full bloom.

How are your water parameters?

LFS tested everything last nite and said they were all good. I guess I will just sit and wait (there isn't anything else to do with this weather).

yeah, same thing happened to mine when i got it. Give it some more time and it will open.

Dito "creep"! patience and time equalls reef success. they will eventually come out if the placement is correct. they will do better on the sand/bottom of the tank. have a great weekend!

give them some time after moving from one tank to another it usaly takes a day or two for them to settle in and open up.

yeah, it took mine 3 days to open, and i have had it a week and it is still not fully opened but mostly
