Can I simply cut my GSP into smaller frags? They are growing on a whiteish tube like thing probably 7 inches long and 3 inches wide.

cut, rip, shred- whatever you want... theyll likely come out just fine. Easy one to frag

Yep. They are very hardy and will take just about any amount of fragging you do to them. Cut away.

A little nip and tuck went a long way. Very easy no brainer to do. Thanks all.

Some you can just cut......and some you can just peel back the mat part of the coral.....Both work.....

You can place them anywhere, cover your overflow with greenstar carpet or hide ugly powerheads with the stuff. I like mine it's about ready to frag too.

anybody ever seen them grown on the ground of a bare bottom tank. looks like a field of grass. pretty cool concept if you ask me!

Looks cool to me, i have some pulsing xenia, that came with my GSP, which has now moved onto another rock, now i don't have to buy any, i already have it.

whats the best way to secure the frags? The rock my colony was on broke creating a nice frag and the mat is still loose on the main colony. If I cut...what is the best wat to resecure?
