You could give them a suntan with that lighting 
Shouldn't have any problems lighting wise, they can be picky, sometimes open all the time them spend a day closed then come back looking better than ever.
Moderate to high flow is best (Not blasted but high).
They will spread like a weed, have a plan on what to do to get rid of them once they grow to much.

Yeah, they are really adaptable. I have some growing under direct metal halide+pc with the other half of the colony in a shaded cave. They stayed closed for about a week, but now they are growing in every direction. Actually, I wish I had them on a rock island so they wouldnt spread all over the place...
