Green Wrasse/ anyone have one?

I bougt a Green wrasse from RMS the other day, He seems to be doing well, I was just wondering if anyone has one and if they have any tips on what they like to east or habits, or things to watch for?

I had a flasher.....i emphasize HAD....he decided to go floor surfing a couple of weeks ago....make sure you have a lid on your tank....i like the green wrasse better....did rms have more?

No, They only had the one, I don't normally buy fish there because their tanks are in bad shape, but they were having a 20% off everything sale, and he was $9.99 before the discount. I couldn't pass that up. they did have a couple of sail fin tangs that seemed reasonable, but there inventory was pretty sparse!

what did you feed your wrasse? anything in particular they like?

Pellet food and an occasional treat of rod's food......the one I HAD...had a pretty good apetite.

Pastel-green wrasse/ Halichoeres chloropterus this is the name of it I found on the web. Bought it at RMS in willoughby on Tuesday

feed them mydsis shrimp , did you have a green bird wrasse or a green coris wrasse ?if its a bird you need somethig smaller if its a coris you can feed the larger mydsis shrimp .

I'll post a picture later! he is pretty small. About 1 1/2 "long or so. I fed some brine shrimp yesterday and he took that ok.
