hello new to the forum been 5 years or since i have had a saltwater tank have several planted fresh set ups in the process of setting up a 40 breeder need advise on a overflow box and return pump will be using a 20 long for a sump/refugium thanks in advance for any suggestions

going with a u-tube style was thinking about a eshopps pf-300 but read that maybe i should go with the 800 but still not sure on return pump dont to over flow with 300 or under flow and break siphon on the 800.
