I believe that responsible vendors should consider that gounding probes in use can actually make a more dangerous situation and inform their customeers to research it.

Also, to inform customers that using grounding probes in conjunction with GFCI's may actually increase the chance that the GFCI's will trip easier, setting a reef up for potential wipe out.
