Wow, hold on a minute. I went in this thing thinking that there was free shipping. On the homepage of Progressivereef.com it states free shipping on orders over $200. If that's not the case, we're not getting 15%.
If you order something that's $500 and gets free shipping directly from their website that's $500. Or you order that same item as part of a group buy and get 15% off and then add, say $25 for shipping. That is only
10%..! That would also make the 10% only 5% and so on..

My point is, because we're getting a discount you do not add shipping fees to a purchase that normally ships free.

The discount is massive enough as it is, you will NOT get it cheaper.

The shipping rates from PR are low anyway and also duty and tax free, so you are not even paying any purchase tax.

I do not think we can make this deal any sweeter.

AQD_ottawa, you say that you can't make it any sweeter! I just bought 10/200gal buckets of TM Pro Reef @$72 each, had them price match a Reeflo Barracuda Gold pump for $382.80(going price is $499), no sales tax, and only $6.99 shipping for the entire order from ThatPetPlace.
I'll still take your doser because I refuse to pay half for the Chinese crap. But, I would have skipped this groupbuy and paid another $50 to have it last week. I hung out thinking the discount was a little deeper.
No prob, just hoping that you have better customer service than companies such as CoralVue. The stuff out of China might be tempting because it works out of the box and price is low, but we all know that you get what you pay for.!!

I have dealt with AQD in the past.. excellent customer service.. as far as the doser, GHL has there own customer Support forum, I'll see if I can dig it up, I think if there is any issues with the doser they should be dealt directly with GHL and not AQD.. IMHO... on the other hand lets not take this thread way off coarse and have it closed..

I have no fears about my customer service, I think most hear would stand up and say I for me.

Price matching is the bug bare and industry killer of the modern retail world, the guy that did this for you just to get a sale would have made NO money. (I know the prices) this guy is in business for a living, he has bills to pay, just like you do. But in the world we live in everyone wants that "bit sweeter deal" no matter how hard a retailer tries, we always want that bit sweeter deal.

But sometimes lets just think about that guy who sold it to you, if everyone keeps pushing the price low, and companies then cant compete or see it is pointless trying, who will be there to support your purchase if something goes wrong?

This is one deal not getting any sweeter.

Please do not worry about our customer care it is industry leading and second to none.

Like I said no prob. I have had so many problems dealing with the Chinese importers. I have a CoralVue Hurricone skimmer that is brand new(paid $700) and couldn't get a part for(after trying for SIX months). Never used it, tossed in the closet and ordered a BK, end of story!
Sorry for going overboard, now let's get them dosers!!!
