Anyone have feedback yet on how the new GFO pellets are doing on their tanks? Met up w/ ElZool and am going to give it a try this weekend with my water change to see if it makes a difference in the phosphate readings (will get a baseline test after the water change is completed) and compare notes.

I was already running GFO so I didn't expect much of a change. Just hope the pellets last longer.

I was using "Phos-Ban" pellets before so I really don't expect to see a difference either besides the fact that with this big bucket I won't be so inclined to leave it in too long.

I ordered some stuff from 2part last week, and mentioned I was a member of FRAG and could I still get the discount. I recieved no response and no discount. I really can't see how they can sell this stuff any cheaper than they do now, it's already a pretty good deal. I have enough soda ash and calcium chloride to last me about 5 years. Remote pump for my Litermeter I need to dose second half is still out of stock though. I'll prolly just drive down to Spectrapure and pick one up when they become available.


It would be too cool if AZSeabottom could hookup with 2part and stock some of this bulk chemical here in the valley.
