Okay great, so maybe there are only a couple of us looking for rics so that will be less confusing. Once again I have asked them to post some more ric pics....
 
I'm down for one ric: R3-D3 and one sps the Tyre Rainbow Style: R3-9A
so I'm at $44 just let me know how I can pay I am looking forward to getting these new corals.

If you are just getting one ric I will add you to my 10 so you can get it for $10. I went ahead and requested that they pull a couple of them and put your ric on that list. I guess until they pull them someone else could buy and I have not heard back from them today. Hopefully if it disappears it means they pulled it for us. Once again, I ask them to post some more ric picks for us to choose from....

You should go ahead and call in your sps and pay directly. You can settle up with me on the $10 ric when you pick them up.

So were only going through the company for rics?
 
I just called and added $59 to the order. I will get with you at the meeting to discuss when we expect shipment.
 
Nevermind that last post! I called and added my sps (cannot wait).
The guy told me that the rics we will be buying are LIKE the ones online. The deal is not for the exact rics online.
We need to try to get this finalized this weekend!
 
It is probably best for everyone to do their own thing, so everyone should order by Sunday. Order anything you want. We will determine the shipping at that time as well.

I ordered $50 today. Might order something else if they update between now and cut off. When are we planning on cutting off? When are we planning on having it shipped?
 
HMMM I wonder if I order some SPS if I could trust Chris not to kill it before I can pick it up????? That Tyree sandollar monti is tempting!!!!
 
Chris: I had suggested Sunday night, but I guess we can leave it open until we have it shipped. We can close it Sunday and have them ship it Monday for Tuesday. Or, if the weekday is bad we could do Friday delivery and those further away can pick up Saturday? I will probably place my order today. I am guessing most are wanting to close out Sunday and get the ball rolling on Monday? I am okay with any close/delivery options. I will default to telling them to close out Sunday and mail on Monday if no one has any strong options.
 
I'm open for delivery pretty much anytime. Someone might have to hold my monti for a day or two. Just depends on when we have it delivered.
 
Okay, my order is in too. So it looks like I will take the delivery unless someone else speaks up. Here is how my week looks. Thursday and Friday would be best. Tuesday and Wednesday I have plans after work, but we can make it work with some challenges. Wednesday would be best or those two days, but you would need to pick up at my office by 6 or we can meet (I will be a WellWorx for tennis clinic off of I-40/Sycramore View) after 8. Tuesday you would have to pick up before 5 at my office, or between 6-8 at the Cordova Y. I will be in a clinic, so it would be self service out of my unlocked car in the parking lot. Okay, kind of weird, but if everyone is chomping at the bits that is what works on my end.

I am thinking Friday is best and that way you can pick up Friday night and for those that cannot pick up until Saturday we can meet up at some central location Saturday morning.

But, if you can work around the above, I am open to making any day work.....
 
Yes, Jay the window is at least open until today. I wondered why we had not heard back from you. I am not sure if you saw my earlier post and if you wanted the delivery to your house versus my office. Otherwise, the delivery date still not in stone.
 
Okay. We will do a Friday delivery. That means the window to add any new items or new orders is Wednesday.

I would like to request that everyone that has an order send me an email and your phone number so we can coordinate the delivery and any changes that come up. I will send you my phone number once I have your remail. Please give me your full name and I will try to make sure that everyone's order is included in this delivery. kerrywrudolph@comcast.net
