Growth on 6 line

I noticed a growth on my 6 line yesterday. He is not acting any different and is eating like normal. No fish have been added (or lost) within months and no other fish/corals/inverts seem to have any issues. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed the salinity was 1.027 but was slowly brought down to 1.025. Should I be concerned?

Alk - 8.6 (salifert)
Cal - 420 (API)
PO4 - undetectable (salifert)
NO3 - 0 (API)

I see no harm in a 1.027 salinity. I keep mine 1.026-1.027 all the time. Is your 6-line able to be caught and dipped? Could be a parasite, or infection. It Could also be damaged from another tank mate.
