Growth on clownfish mouth

I noticed a growth recently on my clownfish mouth. I thought maybe it was due to my pair of clowns "œpairing" up but it has not gone away. They are both in QT and I need to know what needs to be done. Both are eating just fine but the growth seems to be getting bigger. See picture for reference.

The picture is not that clear but it looks like lympho. It's a viral infection and will clear up on its own with good food and water quality.

So I was looking at my other clown and noticed some spots on the top fin and tail. Managed to get an ok photo. Anyone know what this is? Clowns seem to be doing fine and eating well outside the spots. In QT currently and I have not started any treatments yet.

I would still say it's lympho. It seems to usually start on the fins. Nothing we can do except let it pass. Just a viral infection.
