Growth on Clownfish's belly

I've recently noticed one of my clowns has been keeping to the corner of the tank and swimming oddly, when I got a better look at him, I noticed his belly is distended and he has some type of large whitish dome on his belly. I have absolutely no idea what it is but I fear a parasite of some sort. Sorry for the bad quality photo but this was the best I was able to do. Should I treat him or remove him from the tank before he can infect others?

On closer inspection, it almost looks jellylike and clear with something brown inside it. There's only the one growth on his belly, no other growths anywhere.

Could be a benign growth or possibly something bacterial.

Whenever I have a clownfish with an unknown issue, treating with Metroplex + Kanaplex seems to do the trick in most instances.
