Growth on Percula's mouth

Help ID this growth on my Percula's lower jaw.

She is in QT and is on first treatment of nitrofurazone and I'm starting Mythelene blue today.
I tried doing a search before creating this post but it's like shooting in the dark not knowing what it is.

looks like a goat T, use a razor... lol

j/k, I had similar, smaller growths on the cheeks of my maroons, I didn't do anything and it just went away, this happened more than once and had no ill effects and I haven't seen it in a while; I would probably use some pimafix by API and possible combination with the melafix

hahaha. funny that you say that. The clerk at the LFS adviced me to scrape it off and add some iodine to the area.

Anyway after 24hrs of being in the medication the growth seems to be falling off. She is now able to completely close her mouth.

The growth moved to the inside of the mouth and the otherside of the face. It has stop growing so I think the meds are starting to work.
