So it will be one year this weekend since we moved my tank from WI to MO - still have no idea what this coral ID is but look at the difference a year makes

Some grow very fast this one I think is crazy. However that SS has been on the same plug since October and is just expanding over the plug and down the side. Just starting to get some little buds

So really does depend but they do grow

Could you list your parameters that you keep your tank at... Alk, Cal, Mag, so forth.

I would be happy to but I cannot tell you the lest time i tested my water. I just do 55 gallon water changes once a month, it runs on a Controller with an ATO and I don't dose just feed several times a day and run 3 -400 20K's

There is another 300 gallons in the basement for the sump on this system

I've always wanted a couple clown gobies, but I've always read they would nip at sps. Really doesn't look like yours is slowing anything down.

They can clear a small amount of polyps at the base of a coral where they lay eggs..

Great growth too Dockery, well done!

They can be a huge PITA. Mine is killing a green slimer right now.

Can anyone please ID the coral in this thread? I want it, grows so fast maybe my goby won't kill it! Great pic!
