Growth rate of Lobos?

I know they are slow growers, but how much growth can I expect with regular feedings of mysis and brine? I want to try and get a steady growth rate if possible. I hear they can have a decent growth rate if they are really happy with the tank and placement etc... Is that true?

I have had good luck keeping my lobos towards the bottom in medium light and flow. I feed the corals weekly and the heads split every 3-4 months.
