Tank is doing fine....I have some uncontrollable coralline issues. about a month ago i lost most of my SPS from what i tend to believe was the Zeo. having a bad aiptasia problem right now. I tried joes juice and aiptasia x and neither one worked they just came back as more aips. I never got any phone calls. I will try and post some new pictures alittle later.

i left you a message and everything, right after the big storm.

we decided to move after milling it over for months.

post the pics here id like to see.

While I know some corals need a nifty name to identify them color-wise, a few are just unnecessary.

The second coral is a Cyphastrea
The third is a Psammacora

Do you happen to have any idea what a "Surf & Turf" acro actually is? I'd really like to know, because I refuse to call it that. ;)

I love your montis. They look gorgeous. Even that cap - will it have a lavender rim?

no idea, the Surf and turf is a stag not sure of the ID, the purple cap should turn brighter purple and have a blue rim I've got it cooking.

the names just help me keep track i know its a cyphastrea but i plan on getting the atlantis meteor shower also so i gave this one a name. Psam is short for Psammacora

get tyree on the phone if you want to complain about named corals, ;).

I love montis, im not going to stop there, i have quite a few more sweeet montis on my list,.

Don't worry, I plan to talk to him in person this weekend at the D-CFM. ;)

A froo-froo name is okay as long as you know the real name as well. I've called a particular group of zoanthids Mean Greens for years, but I also know they are zoanthids. Ask someone about some of these boutique names, they often haven't a clue. That's all I'm saying.
