GSP not green

Lately, my GSP is no longer green. You can only see just a hint of green. It is mostly brown looking. What would cause that.

Nope, I doubt it could be low light in your tank, low flow maybe?

what color is the mat they come out of? is it purple or is it pink or white-ish?

Mine did that last year when my Phosphate got out of control.

Mine recently did that as well but in a matter of a two weeks they turned all green again.

Can't be that either. They are constantly moving. Maybe a phosphate problem.

It could be low flow. Mine turned brown until I put an MJ 600 about 18 inches away from it. Now it's looking nice and green.
